Most guaifenesin you can take at once (w/Hydrocodone)

I got some codiclear HC cough syrup from the doctor today. I looked online and it contains 5mg Hydrocodone and 100mg guaifenesin per teaspoon. I was wondering how much guaifenesin it takes before it makes you nauseuos or causes vomiting. Would I be okay in taking (4tsp) 20mg/400mg or (6tsp)30mg/600mg at once so I can get a decent buzz?

How quickly can you redose with hydrocodone? I took about 15mg in about 2 hours, to make sure I didn't get nauseous from the guaif. Now I am back to baseline about an hour or two with some minor nausea (not from the guaif). Do I need to take less since it hasn't been that long or can I go ahead and take 20mg more? Or should I not take it three times a day?
