Most effective PCT

^^croatian tuna is fucking delicious! Had some of it about a decade or so ago when I went there on vacation with the folks. Im in the same boat as you neo: pork and dairy are my shit and of course steak. I drink probably 1/3 gallon of whole milk daily and love it! Im not a big vegetable and fruit kinda guy but I eat enough to keep scurvy at bay and get my micros from them.

lol awesome some one else that has had it. It is delicious as well. What is great is getting it fresh and not cured like most tuna is when you buy sushi grade.Japanese Tuna is killed in a specific way process tuna to get the colour and to prevent the enzymes from stress to tighten and foul the muscles. A wire is rammed downits spinal cord, dumping the blood into the meat, hence the vivid colour, it is stored a a cold temp fro a minimum of 48hrs for what is considered the best texture before being sent to sushi houses, this is the highest grade when processed this way. Seriously man I like steak but a good pork chop, o sweet fancy Jesus. the pig is a noble and truly magical animal, finding one thing on it that is not tasty is difficult.

^im gonna have to come up to PA and go boar hunting with you. Should be a good time :D a good pork chop is fantastic, I've had some that were almost as tender and succulent as a filet mignon. Those were like finding a needle in the hay stack as ive had plenty of awful chops (im not so great with cooking them lol). Im about to enjoy some canned tuna as the shitty weather is rolling in and I dare not drive to get ingredients for anything in this shit.

my goto meat is salmon, because its packed with protein and the correct fats.

been eating that so long im turned off it atm, and the cut has made me into tuna, and less fat or i feel sick. i eat it twice a day usually.

i believe in micro nutrients, and making calories count. not this pretend food that has protein/carbs/fats, but no vitamins and minerals that actually run the body and its reactions in the background. and taking pills to get this isn't the way our body was designed. we designed to get it from food. once you master this area, putting on muscle is a walk in the park! or cutting off fat, depending on your goals and what you want to see in the mirror.

hope this helps

You're basically just eating healthy... within the constraints of your chosen training protocol... Without the needs for dietary extremes as per a pre-comp cut..

Not sure I'd agree with: pretend food that has protein/carbs/fats, but no vitamins and minerals

The MACRO or MICRO content of any food should be the same, dependent on its method of preparation, unless its burnt or dripping in trans-fatty acids, or been left stood around for weeks, then 150g of fresh chicken will contain the same MACRO & MICRO nutrients as any other 150g of fresh chicken, same goes for a cup of brown rice or fresh vegetables/berrys/nuts/seeds...

Most body-builders don't eat unhealthy all of the time (apart from pre-comp).. To obtain the required numbers of Protein, Carbs, Fats you have to buy/prepare meals in bulk with generally healthy fresh food options.. I don't believe its possible with processed, packaged crap to obtain the correct dietary numbers without the sugars, sodium, or trans-fats etc'..

Most successful body-builders have a good take on their dietary numbers, if they don't it should show in their placings...

most control their diet through their drug doses. just trying to help balance things out.

lol Well We could attempt to organize a Bluelight hunting tour lol. I never mind showing newbies the ropes, Sero.

City- hunting is great man, it is one of those things that just makes you more aware of what food really is as opposed to going and buying some plastic wrapped super market stuff. My parents, garden and I do as well, though largely the garden is ruled by my girl, I wish i had more area, fro a larger plot and a green house to grow year round, add in a few chickens shit would be kosher. But alas my neighbors would kill me if i turned suburbia into farmer freds paradise.

I have been thinking it would be an interesting trip to have a bunch of body builders up hunting, lol would look funny as shit as a group of big as dudes with guns walks into the local general store to stock the cabin up before the trip lol.

One of the cats at my gym I use to get gear from went with me a few times, and would trade me game for gear, was pretty funny. He was one of those cats that looks like a hard ass but having him process bambi was traumatizing to him, he went with me once, and only once lol.

On a serious note though, as a chef, I like to push the local, seasonable and sustainable view of food. And while ea lot of the people doing this are hipsters that are just douche-bags and doing it because it is trendy, it can be a great benefit fro people seriously training. It can bring food bills down, and raise the quality of your food up a good bit. point is find local markets, that are farmer, fish markets. A lot of cities have food co-ops, that handle all local food, while it may be pricey at first, once you learn to buy larger cuts and then cut your portions from there it gets cheaper. Also make friends with a local hunter, butcher, and hell if you hunt make friends with a few farmers market guys, some times they are willing to trade produce for game, or eggs or what ever. Also if you live in a big city go to china town, the selection of fish at those markets is crazy, and you buy live, and every major city has a fish market, as well as wholesale places that sell to restaurants, they will sell to the public, and you can get great deals on bulk what ever you need from seasons and dry goods to steak and fucking hard to find things like quail eggs. And you can get things at a reasonable price, especially if you buy whole "Primal cuts" these are cuts of meats that are whole sections of animal that contain several cuts, and not just one, so several cuts with several portions of each cut, and you do the labor of the cut, price goes down. And again if you live is a city there may be a community garden whee you can grow your own produce, or if you live in the burbs or a rural spare piece of lawn can save you money growing your own produce and shit always tastes better then store bought. And the price difference is always a big factor, lets face it vegetables can be fucking pricy, and if you have kids, they love gardens watching things grow is endlessly fascinating.

@ City- if you want to hunt why don't you?

dude when im in usa i'd he honoured of you tough me some hunting skills.

where i am its frowned upon unless you live on a farm or work in the field, otherwise they look at you like a criminal.
