I'm just wondering what the most current info is regarding neurotoxicity.
It seems the theories go towards neurotoxic metabolites, oxidative stress, perhaps caused by hyperthermia, and essentially neurotransmitters going to where they shouldn't
Just trying to get the most up to date info
Interestingly, I read a blurb about I believe sildenafil preventing neurotoxicity in mdma. The mechanisms were above my knowledge base however, so googling sildenafil and mdma neurotoxicity should pull up the relevant study.
