so i got a bunch of 15mg morphine immediate release last night, and i have a pretty high tolerance so i took 75mg and felt nothing! i think the prob was that 24 hrs b4 that i dosed 48mg of loperamide which can have blocking effects. a half hr ago, which has been bout 15 hrs after my 75mg dose last night, i took 90mg and it just hit me like a ton of bricks! should i be worried/ call 911 wit a dose like that of morph IR? very tingly, numb, and noticing slight shortness of breath which could just be anxiety, but the buzz keeps gettin stronger every minute. im also stuck at work and my boss is coming here in an hr!!! im freakin the fuck out! any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

if you take something out of this, let it at least be to never take unpredictable doses of narcotics while youre at work, knowing your boss is on his way. i dont know what kind of work you do but getting high on narcotics, potentially ODing, is never safe for anyone involved around and near you nor is it conducive to productive workmanship. usually not anyway.

I honestly can't believe how irresponsible you are to be doing 90mg of IR morphine whilst at work...
If you're going to be so irresponsible in future, I'd call the emergency services if you start to suffer from respiratory depression.
