Opioids Morphine dosage for beginner?

Say one has were to get a couple m60 morphine tabs, what would a safe dosage be? Is it worth taking orally with a mil oxycodone tolerance? The other day I took 22.5 mgs oxycodone and had a very pleasant buzz not nodding but where I wanted to be. How much of the extended release morphine would I need to take orally to get similar effects?

How about intranasal? Would crushing and parachuting be the best route? I'd rather not insulfate but will if eating even crushed will not work..

Any advice? I am only asking in the name of safety. I don't want to rush into anything. Thanks all!

I had the same dilemma when I came accross extended release Morphine Sulfates. You seem to have a low tolerance, judging from your post so I would start low. The oral BA of morphine is low, but it can still provide a buzz. I used to crush them up, then let them soak in water overnight, then crush the remaining bits in the water the next day and drink.

It is not worth snorting as it clogs up and creates a mess, the water alone couldn't get the pills to dissolve 100%, and it was left OVERNIGHT, imagine your nose. Maybe if you wipe off the coating, but I do not have experience with that.

I would say start off with the 60mg, and then work your way up. It will not feel the same as the Oxy, at any dose, because it, IME does not have the almost immediate euphoric RUSH and energy (I am talking ORAL not IV ROA). IV Morphine is a different story.

It is a heavy, stoned out type feeling, very pleasant and it lasts for ages.
