Morphine bioavailabillity

So everywhere i see how morphine is pointless unless iv'd or plugged, but i usually take 120mg orally & get a great nod/eurphoria from it. & i know i cant be the only one. I have a slight tolerance as well. Ive never iv'd anything mainly cuz where the fuck would i get a syringe? But i want to see how much "better" it is through that ROA. any thoughts?

Try plugging, the BA is much higher then with oral and its the closest you will get to I.v without a needle. Just remember to lower your dose accordingly.

start with plugging half your oral dose. it works. trust me. and the best part is when you wanna re-dose you can tell yourslef it's fo r the high and not because you secretly enjoyed the warm water flushing through your bum

It's not 'pointless' but it is considered wasteful, since you have to use about 2-3x the amount of drug you'd have to use otherwise.

If you usually take 120mg orally, try plugging 60mg or so. Plugging comes on relatively fast, much more so than taking it orally, but isn't that much "better" in terms of feeling to an equivalent oral dose.

IV is another story - the rush from injecting a hefty dose of morphine is one of the best drug-induced feelings I've experienced - but if you get a great nod/euphoria from eating it already, then I'd stick with plugging. It's not worth it getting into IV administration.

Plugging is a very viable way of taking opioids if you don't want to use the needle and want a relatively fast onset with high bioavailability. For the record, it is my chosen method of ingestion for heroin and morphine nowadays - I've injected both but have decided never to do that again.

If you've got a limited supply of morphine, it is somewhat wasteful. Orally I would also take around 120mg to catch a good, heavy buzz, but IV 40mg hits me like a runaway train.

nah, you really have no concern about leakage unless you've had an huge butt-plug up there while walking around for a week. loosening things right up. or perhaps from maybe putting like a litre of solution up there.

the sphincter muscle is extremely tight and strong and won't allow for leakage with a small insertion.

hell, half the time when i plug i'm standing up while doing it and haven't had any leakage problems or anything relative to it.

I prefer around 50 or 60 iv with no tolerance . With a tolerance around 120- 150 iv. Never tried morphine any other way honesty.

That's a high dose with no tolerance. With morphine you have a better chance of puking then with other opiates such as oxycodone or hydromorphone. So for someone with no tolerance i would say that 20mg's is plenty enough to try if your IVing it.

Ive taken morphine orally, in suppository form, IM and IV. I found that the suppositories only worked abit better then oral use. With IV use you get 100% of the drug as opposed to 1/3rd of it when you take it orally. Plus you get the rush that comes with IV use. But if you think you will save on drugs by IVing them your kidding yourself. Your tolerance will go up very quickly and going back to oral use will be hard if you start to like the rush.

So yeah i would say stick to oral use. Trust me a needle habit is not fun

I honestly thought that was about the norm. Sorry wast trying to suggest someone else try that, was just stating how it does me.

And yea using the needle only saves your expenses on drugs for about 2 maybe 3 weeks. If that. The cons really do out weigh pro's. I wouldn't advise anyone to start with that shit in any situation. Fun at first turns into bruised arms, a plethora of health risks( including death from OD) depression that will make you want to die, etc.
