i dont understand peoples iossues with morphine, rectally is stronger but i think it gives u a nod then the highs gone in2 hours where as oral is more subtle yet lasts atleast 7 hours.
Also what would the bioavability be of sublingual morphine i know you can with the liquid form and it seems stronger as i can feel 5mg get rid of some pain (thids is whilst being on other painkillers)
I want to come off the fentanyl patch but my tolerant to oxy is ridicilous, I take short tec 20mg s day with 37microgram of fentanyl when the fentanyl works it works.
but im sick of being ill after 50 odd hours and the patches sometimes r shit for example i switched brands to one with nerly half the amounbt of the first patch i was on made me withdraw! macrifen SUCK!
Or would I be better staying on this than methadone?
