Harm Reduction Morphine and DXM combo question

So my friend (literally my friend he turned to me to find out if it was safe) was thinking about taking 20mg of morphine and 300mg DXM at the same time. He weighs 71kg will this be a safe combination or not?

I don't condone it really, but I think he would be fine. That's not very much morphine.
