Morning glory trip confusion

So i did a cold water extraction for 325 seeds (i followed all the rules for the extraction) and its been about 4 and a half hours with no effects or nausea, so my questions are:
Is it possible that the lsa diminished as it sat in my mail box for 1-2 hours with it being hot out?
I have 600 seeds left and thought about using them all to get some kind of effect but not too sure if it would be worth it?

Which type did you use? Example: Heavenly Blues.

I think 325 is actually kind of low, but that's me personally. If they are lower potency from heat, from say sitting in the mailbox, then it could have been too small a dose.

Also, food greatly lowers effects. The 600 seeds would probably experience tolerance so you are better off waiting a week.
