Hello everyone.

I'm a new user here at Bluelight, but I've been using the site for a while now. I'm interested in pharmacodynamics, and there is a topic I can't really find anything about on the internet. I was wondering what the dangers are of ingesting both a MRI and a MRA. I know a too high concentration of serotonin in the synapses can lead to a serotinon syndrome, but what about norepinephrine and dopamine? As an example, would there be any dangers ingesting both an amphetamine and cocaine? Or an amphetamine + methoxetamine? (Mxe is also considered a dopamine reuptake inhibitor)

Hope you guys have a few answers for me.

MXE is a poor DRI, it is mostly a SSRI, actually.

Generally reuptake inhibitors will block or reduce the effects of releasing agents, due to minutaie about how releasing agents are considered to work.

But yes, if you have too much norepinephrine that is not broken down, you get something called a hypertensive crisis. Worst offenders are ususally the ephedrines plus any other monoaminergic.
Too much dopamine ususally results in motor tics and wierd psychosis-lyke behaviour. Don't think there is a name for it.
