The red HQ's that we all knew and loved thru summer were apparently a tracking system devised by Plod.
Police boffins knock up a batch of say, 10,000, and distribute them all through a single capital city. They kick back, wait to see where they pop up and who they bust with them, and VOILA - the cops have a familiy tree of distribution.
It sort of makes sense. They were awsome bix (as if the cops are gonna give the kids PMA pills), and the HQ could be an inuendo kind of thing.
Does anyone know of any major busts that went down around the same time??
