Antoinette Davis, 27, has turned herself in to police in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Davis has been charged with first degree murder, taking indecent liberties with a child, child abuse, sexual servitude, rape of a child, sexual offense of a child by an adult offender, human trafficking, and making a false police report.

Her bail is set at $1.5 Million. There is no bail for the murder charge.

The body of Davis’ five-year-old daughter, Shaniya, was found on the side of a road on November 16, 2009. The Fayetteville Observer reports that Shaniya had been raped and strangled before her body was dumped.

It is also reported that Antoinette Davis allowed Mario Andrette McNeil, 31, to take her daughter as payment for a drug debt.

guess she lost her main source of income now, wasn't a smart decision. But seriously that's fucked up and i'd probably rather die than grow up knowing my own mother did that kind of terrible shit to me.

I cannot understand an adult who can hurt a baby. I hate violence, but child abuse is an evil violence. It's inconceivable.

That being said, the way the media ties in drug abuse with insane egregious human behavior by way of what amounts to a rumor is subtle propaganda. I've seen this literary device used over and over. The quote above is an example of what I see as the continuing war on drugs that uses strategies of quiet precision.

I hear what you're saying, but I've seen so many people become surprisingly evil when they're fiending for crack.

I don't know if this story has to do with crack. Is there a lot of crack in California?

I kind of want some crack right now.

what kind of sick fuck takes a 5 year old as payment on a drug debt? and more so what kind of fuck lets that happen?

she should hang for this.
