If you snorted about .1g of MDMA today and you take another 2 x 100 mg capsules tomorrow, you should still be able to roll. However, unless you really have to roll tomorrow (e.g. to see your favorite band), I would wait at least a few more weeks before dropping those capsules. Give your mind some rest.
