Molly but no trip? is that even possible?

The other day when i was at a concert, i took some molly, but for some reason i didnt trip.
I got my molly from a reliable source, and he told me that at another concert he went to on the same night he sold 20 pills, and every person was rolling hard.
Im very underweight so i thought i would only need half a pill. being 86 lbs, i was given 2 pills, 2 doses each. I also didnt eat much the whole day before so i would roll harder on less MDMA. i took half a pill, and felt nothing 45 minutes later, so i took the other half. an hour later, i decided to take the 2nd pill, so i had consumed 4 doses in less than 2 hours. i felt the physical part of being happy, but i thought that was just because i was excited. i also smoked pot, so im guessing the trippy part from the lights was from that. my pupils were not dialated, and my vision wasnt distorted the way ecstacy usually distorts it. If i have a very fast metabolism (hence the low weight even though i eat enough to be gaining) so i was wondering if that could effect my trip? or even if you can trip without the vision and music being as intense as they say it is?

Are you taking any medication? If not it's more then likely you didn't consume MDMA.

A friend of mine did 150mg his first time ever trying mdma and nothing happened. I did 100mg and was all over the place, it was really high quality stuff.

The only explanation I could think of was that he had been an abuser of imovane-like stubstances for years, so I guess he just had some crazy ass tolerance, but still...

I find if you dont take enough MDMA in your first dose, that you will completely waste your roll. One time I got a pill for free, popped it and had a pretty good time. By the time I came down, I wasnt ready for it to be over lol so I got 2 more. Double dropped those, and they didnt even do anything...

just take a full dose next time and see what happens.

Of course there is always the chance you got sold fake shit, use a tester kit for that.

When was the last time you rolled. You won't roll if you've rolled the day before

the last time i rolled was months before this happened. I was on an antibiotic for a few weeks, and actually ended them about 2 days before i took the pill. i checked online to see if it would affect the roll at all or if it was dangerous, and i found it was safe. I dont believe i was sold fake shit cuz it was a friend i got it from, and he was still rolling when i came up to him about it. He was even shocked that i had taken all the doses by the end of the night. are you sure the second pill wouldnt have effected me if i took two parachutes beforehand on different times?
