Molly and Tramadol another one

Okay so I've been reading from this forum for years but I just now decided to make an account. My friend did something really retarded today and I need to talk about it and get some advice. My friend took 400mg of tramadol to catch a buzz. Later he got a killer deal on some Molly so he picked it up. He started with about .2 and made his way to .7, 3-4 hours later. When he could tell he was about to come down, he took 200mg of tramadol because he has read pain killers are great for comedowns but never tried it. After about an hour he took 150mg more of tramadol. I was bored so I thought id look it up. He originally took the trams before his comedown because he remembered they worked on serotonin and thought it would bring him back up again. WRONG. So I looked it up and I absolutely did not expect to read what I found. Extremely toxic combo and such. I looked up symptoms of serotonin syndrome and he doesn't have any besides a headache and his vision gets blurry. It almost feels like his eyes are twitching left and right like during a roll. His heart rate is kinda high too and his head is sortof tingly. He's debating whether or not to go to hospital. I know those sound like extremely high doses but when my friend rolls he usually does a whole g and that's regular dosing for him for tramadol . Any advice?My friend was just going to just chill and eat and drink some gatorade and water and if it gets worse at all probably go to the hospital. Should he just go anyways?

Honestly most symptoms are gone. The only thing is a slight headache now but it's slowly going away

Do you live with someone that can monitor/help if you fit?

Yes my brother is here he knows what to do if anything happens. I've already informed him what might happen and what to expect/do if something does happen. I just want to take a nap but im afraid I might have a seizure if I go to sleep

Shit dude... you need to be looking up ALL drug interactions BEFORE you take the pills


I never combine drugs without at LEAST doing a quick google search. If nothing has happened so far than hopefully you will be just fine... count your blessings.

I've taken tramadol during the hangover the next day after a decent sleep, but I wouldn't dare combine it any closer than that. Serotonin syndrome and seizures are both side effects of this combination.
