mogadon and oxycodone 10mg

I've been on 10mg oxycodone hydrochloride for post op pain that never subsided for 1 yr. I have a pain management team who are crap. I can't see them till October. I have trouble sleeping and tried temazepam with no luck and then nitrazepam 10mg which I think may have overdosed me as I've been vomiting and doing things with no recollection of them.
I immediately stopped both the mogadon and the oxycodone but am feeling like shit. Sweats shivers vomiting sore everywhere. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be addicted to this shit but I guess I am. I'm only 48kg and am also on Luvox 200 mg. Need this for ocd - it basically saved my life 15 yrs ago.
Please someone wiser than me explain what's happening?

My daily doses have been
10mg oxycodone hydrochloride
10mg nitrazepam
200 mg luvox or fluvoxamine

My symptoms atm are
Severe depression
Lethargy - can't move much
No appetite
Nausea
Night sweats
Shaky
Panic attacks
Body aches
Twitchy legs
Feeling of doom

I'm guessing that you are experiencing withdrawals from stopping the pills abruptly. Especially with the nitrazepam, the higher the dose and longer the drug is taken the greater the risk of unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. Try using just 5 mg if you want to wean off or ask your doctor if they can prescribe you something else in the meantime.
