i had neighbor who was in one of those ominous churches.
she tried to drag everyone in the condo we were living into it.
invited us once to their meeting where the priests/pastors/whatever talked half an hour about their trip to miami before having one person tell what miracles happened to them since they became a member. and then they asked you to pay a certain amount of money so their brothers in miami could further expand.
a lot of the people there were families or addicts, most of them impressed by the surroundings (meeting was in the ramada hotel)
