I just recently started taking Modalert (Modafinil Generic) against my ADD-Symptoms and daytime-sleepiness.
However, I've also been experimenting with Tramadol against a certain problem before... Sadly I suffer from a quite severe case of PE (if you don't know what that means, Id rather if you don't ask >_<)
It may be news to some, that Tramadol actually helps with this condition - I got the advice from a german "men's health"-related forum, where some people with PE had remarkable results with it. (some however didn't, and doses vary)
I've allready tried up to 200mg Tramadol, and despite some stomach-issues it actually does work against the PE - when taken alone.
I also tried taking it while on amphetmamines. But since they stimulate the ZNS it didn't work in that case.
Now my question is - is it safe to try Tramadol while under Modalert?
I take 200mg modalert in the morning and sometimes another 100mg in the afternoon. Of course I would start with low doses of 50mg Tramadol and work my way up from test to test... allways leaving pauses of a few days in between.
Since Modafinil works differently than amphetamines, I'd hope that Tramadol could still work - or would they just cancel each other out, or even produce dangerous effects?
I'd be really thankfull for any advice!
