modafinil and sore throat?

i have the worst sore throat i have ever had in my life! the reason why it is freaking me out is because it is a 1st sign of the rare reaction steven-johnosn sysndrome where like all your skin falls off! anyone taken modafinil and had this reaction and was ok?:o:(
