Moclobemide and MDMA - First Time - My Experience

**WARNING: Combining MAO inhibitors with releasers like MDMA is extremely dangerous and can lead to serotonin syndrome quite easily, which is potentially fatal**

So recently i started doing pills again (After 6 months of absence)

I was always pissed off how even the good pills last max of 1 hour even after the break.
After reading up about Moclobemide being a reversible MAOI and technically being hard to cause serotonin syndrome (since excess serotonin would cause the Moclobemide to unbind from the MAO enzyme and therefore rendering the MAO active again)

I went and thought ill give this mix a try, no i did not take 300mg (legal mix), or 150mg, i had 75mg which was half (or a quarter) the threshold dose for any therapeutic effect.

I took this approx 40minutes before the pill, pill being Medium-High MDMA and amazingly it took 5-10minutes for the pill to kick in (rather than an hour).

For a moment i felt like i was about to explode, but not in a bad way, like the feeling i first had when i dumped my first ever pill. it was pretty awesome.
I peaked for almost 3 hours, and then 2 hours i was just having massive eyewobbles without the energy burst, i also kept an eye on my sweatlevel and heatlevel and didnt really notice much of an increase from other times of just taking a pill

10/10 experience, it really changed the way the pill effected me, for years i never felt this sort of euphoria, it was beyond amazing. this saves me from doing 4 pills a night to 1 pill.
i do not recommend anyone to do it if you dont have as much experience as me.

I would never do this again.
While moclobemide proves less dangerous in combination with various things than other MAOA inhibitors, there also aren't any potent 5ht releasers like MDMA and friends in clinical (or culinary) medicine. This is unknown territory, and you got lucky.

This sounds like a really dumb and sketchy idea. Also who knows how this might alter the neurotoxic profile of MDMA. Not to mention the possibility of adulterants that can interact with the MAOI. Please do us all a favor and leave this sort of experimentation to the experts in clinical settings with EMT care available.
 
just an added note, i been experimenting with pills for over 3 years, combination wise. i also have a faq here about harm reduction. im majoring in both chemistry and biochemistry, with hopes to do masters of pharmacy later on. so i consider my self rather experienced (no ego)

saying that, i have tried moclobemide + pills about 4 times now, im 100% confident that 75mg is not something that would cause a problem, even with SSRI's at those dosage. at 75mg, moclobemide would easily unbind from the MAO enzyme if ratio of neurotransmittors are to high to moclobemide concentration.

i do not recommend anyone to try higher than 75mg, 300mg is known to be lethal in any serotogenic combination.
and with moclobemide, even though 75mg is a LOT lower than threshold for any decent MAOI activity, raising it to 150 would be dangerous.

i do not see this as "luck", i dont do risky things unless i know what im doing. but most people here would not and might be stupid.
