Whats up with American H?Everything i read about it refers to black tar and sometimes powder,yet in Australia ive never seen black tar and ive only seen powder twice(it was fucking good though

)All thaat we get is white or sometimes off white rocks,you dont heat it just spray some water in the spoon and off you go.It also seems like you get brands??Or am i just mistaken,it sounds like you get little bags with pictures on them!?!Hmmm anyway im just curious,why is this,Australia has a huge smack scene but we never see all this crazy shit!?Do you have to heat all the H you buy in America?Hmmmm....anyways......Does anyone think its possible for an Australian to score Herion off the street in Chicago??Coz i'll be there very soon,and based on my experience in Melbourne you could score great H off Melbourne streets an hour after you got off the plane(isnt cabrini green in Chicago?Im sure you could score there!or get killed

In the west coast you find mostly tar, less refined heroin from south america, sold in balloons or plastic bags, its hardly ever high quality and requires heating. On the east coast heroin you can find powder heroin sold in glassines with brand names. If you are street wise scoring isn't a problem in most american cities,just head downtown, (the bus terminal is generally a good start if you are complety clueless).The only city where I had to work hard to cop was Boston; needless to say I very quickly boarded a greyhound to N.Y. .... alphabet city in the late 80's was a junkie's dream come true.
 
interesting ..here in Europe we dont have really any brand names...and H is pretty hard to get..u need to know people....H should be banned from the world...its fucking us up
 
If you live near Tasmania and have seen the fields of pharm poppies you would understand immediately why there is less tar and more pure product. Bring a gun…..
 
Agreed - east cost seems to have it a little better for heroin right now.. you can find the glassine wraps in many large cities - these will always have powdered heroin in them, usually enough for a few shots if you're a narcotic virgin - CAREFULL, the quality can range greatly so you will want to nasally sample a tiny amount first .. these will cost $10 or $20 ..
The best way I have heard of to cop drugs in a big city is to ask a cab driver where to score - they will be happy to drop you off in the area for a few extra bucks..

Well here is the story with the two cities I am familiar with:
In DC, the heroin you're going to typically be getting is just in little baggies, like coke/meth baggies. It's cut with quanine and the quality pretty much sucks. Just powder with the brown chunks of heroin. "Scramble" is the low quality shit, "bone" is suppossedly fairly decent, much more brown than white, but still shitty in my opinion. It's not given names.
Since I've ended my two year hiatus away from heroin in the past few weeks, I've started going to Baltimore. They have powder, then they have "raw". The raw is just brown chunks of heroin. It's not totally raw as the name suggest, but it's definantly very pure. It's sold in little clear vials that resemble miniature perfume vials with colorful lids. The last time
I got some, they had little $ logos imprinted on them. For someone with no tolerance, a dime of that would get two people off if they were shooting it. Definantly good stuff.
 
As for the guy who thinks heroin is destroying the world...
I've been using painkillers for 7 years, primarily Percocet and OxyContin.
I take no more than 20mgs at a time, after all this time.
Yet other people start off by popping Oxy80's and totally ruin their lives on it within months.
Heroin is no different. I was taking it frequently for several months a few years ago. I never got any horrible withdrawal. I never got anything exceptionally bad except for the times I'd go out to get myself smashed and throw up a lot. So I'd take less and just have a good time. Other people who wanted to get smashed all the time ended up having problems.
But it is really not all that much different than taking other forms of opiates/painkillers, etc.
And anyone can walk away from it and be normal again.
Go to a rave and watch all the homo kids on E and acid and coke and meth wasting away their late teens and early 20's and tell me how that is any better than someone using heroin?
Not everyone becomes a raging junky living on the streets. Do you have any idea how many coke users end up trying to smoke it at some point or another? And how many of them end up as crackheads on the street? Not many.
Stop believing lame stereotypes.

that's completely true.. I feel old in my scene after partying for 5.5 years and many an "etard" has looked down on me for my heroin use
Down in the dirty south we have the fya, there are many areas of nawlins to attain the stuff. I have seen nickles of so called China White that has kicked my ass many a times. We do get some tar due to the proximity to Mexico I guess. The only problem with it here is our humidity. Usualy after purchasing it from someone on the street you need to put in the fridge for a bit so it doesn't stick to the foil. Otherwise you spend half your time scraping the foil on the spoon(I usually shoot). The normal purchase size is a nickle bag, although I have seen people pay as much as twenty for something I pay five dollars for. It happened to me once but that was three years ago.

thanks for the comments on b-more and H. is it scary going up to b-more? i'm a lifelong washingtonian, but those stereotypes die hard.
 
SovietContin, you are right about ruining the experience by using too much too quick. I had a huge tolerance to Oxycontin (200-300 mg each time) before I got a hold of my first Dilly pill.
I was so excited to finally get my hands on a 2 mg Dialuadid (sp). I knew exactly what to do... Cook, filter, draw, and shoot. Nothing. I wasted that first experience by blowing away my tolerance.
 
greenhaze: with that big of a tolerance for oxy .....how the hell did you expect to feel 2mg of dilaudid?
