*Keys are sticky title of thread should be: Mixing Mdma with prescribed medications.*
My husband and I were in a car accident a few weeks ago. We are wanting to take some mdma. However, we are not sure if we can mix the medications we were prescribed. I am taking Norco 10-325 every 4 hours and Zofran (nausea) as needed. My husband is taking Norco 10-325 every 4 hours and Xarelto (bloodthinner) once a day.
Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on combing these drugs?
Thanks for your information. :)

This study says ondansetron and MDMA have almost no effect together.. though it was studying a "protective" effect of the drug, it seems that the two would be perfectly safe together...

The norco, or Hydrocodone (vicodin) will likely diminish his roll quite a bit. Opiates and MDMA tend to dull each other out, making you get lesser effects from both drugs. If he took a lower dose than normal however (a "maintenance" dose instead of a recreational one) it shouldn't be too profound if his body has adapted to it the way it should.

The blood thinner though.. that's tricky. I don't feel qualified to answer, sorry... but I would venture to guess that it's unsafe just with some common sense. Perhaps talk to your doctor about it, if you don't want to tell him you're taking MDMA, you could probably say he wants to get a script to adderall or something, as the two drugs are similar and any interaction for MDMA will be an interaction for adderall and other amphetamines.

I would play it safe though.. we don't want anyone to die!

I fixed your spelling for you, by the way :)

Thank you for your response and suggesting to substitute adderall for Mdma when calling pharmacy/doctor, we contacted a pharmacy and found there are no interactions between adderall and Xarelto (bloodthinner).
Thanks for fixing the spelling.

another happy customer, that's what we like to see. now please kindly submit details so we can forward our bl invoice. :)

It's obviously much too late for this, as your conversation was several months ago, but that was bad advice. Adderall and MDMA affect the brain/body differently and work on different neurological components. Adderall deals mostly with dopamine in the brain whereas MDMA deals mostly with serotonin. I have no answer about the blood thinner, but the suggestion that she would be fine with substituting the doctor's answer about adderall for mdma was inaccurate and irresponsible. People can get hurt that way. You should just be honest with your doctor. There is doctor-patient confidentiality. Hope everything worked out anyway.
