mixing fentanyl with methadone need info asap!

hi im on 35 mils of methadone and was wondering if mixing achewing on a patch would be harnful..i have only been on methadone for a week now and have a very high tollernce..ive sucked on 2 75mg patch in 1 night before like nothing nand that was while i was still doing lines of oxys.. so any info would be great..and the sooner the better please cause i have it in my hand right now and am itching to chew it..lol and sorry this just got closed on me...it get the rules and am sorry i guess i should have payed more attetion to how i wrote it..regardless im going to try it..i got shut done cause he said this site isnt to help me get high and i get that ..but still am just woundering if it would be safe for me to do it..please dont close this thread please cause by doing so well it could turn out bad

EDIT:I originally closed this thread, but I re-opened it after re-reading your post, since I guess technically you included the word 'safe'.

I don't think you should chew the patch, you can cut it into strips and place the strips on your dry gums. Try not to swallow your spit while you do this, any fentanyl swallowed is wasted due to the poor oral bioavailability.

For best results put it on your skin and wear it like it was meant to be worn. Apply the patch to clean, dried area. Once it is on, leave it on. If you try to pull it up all the dead skin cells on your arm will attach to the adhesive and ruin the stickiness.

If you want to speed the process up, you can apply an external heat source in intervals. I use a blow dryer or a heating pad, but be careful and be sure to do it in intervals.
I wouldn't recommend this unless you have a tolerance to opiates, which you do. Regardless, don't over-do the heat. The patch will take several hours to start working and there is no way around it really. Just be patient, for your own sake.

this was the frist thread that got closed which i dont think was right considering ive seen so much worse and more then 1 opion would have been nice to see.
not trying to cause any fuss this site is a great site and has helped me in so many ways!)
 
I believe Tripman closed your other thread because your question was self-serving (of no interest to anyone but you.) Besides the fact of course that we aren't really here to help you get a buzz, dude.

The reason I didn't close this one as well is because you reworded it slightly to include the word safe. I'm gonna leave this thread open to see if anyone has any input for a little bit. If not, I'll close it shortly.
 
k thank u very much for reopening it for me..and yes that is what i do i usaly hold it between my gumsamd my side of my mouth,but the big question is what about the methadone i am on,35mils for the last week..should i be worried at all about oding or anything?i do have a really high tollerence so im thinking not but just would like to be on the safe side so that why im asking on my fav site! thanks again for any info:)
 
I don't think you'll be at any risk of ODing if you're on 35mg of methadone. Mixing these two is obviously not a good idea, but you're probably going to do it anyway. If you have somewhat of a tolerance I don't see why you wouldn't be able to handle it.

I still think you should wear the patch, and not chew it.
