The experience is just too subjective IMO to try and put a finger on why. I have never experienced it myself really beacuse I never had enough E around to try the sam stuff twice. but I've seen enough people asking about to this know that it happens rather often. I just chalk it up to set and setting for the most part.
For me, rolls at rave were always very wavy. rushes for pure euphoria where I was just floored for like 20 minutes then rushes of energy that had me dancing and curzing the whole place looking for new people to talk to. Rolling at home was a very chill experience all around. no huge changes in the experince. just a constant smooth high great for talking and give back rubs/roll tricks.
The experince is so adaptive to your mood and suroundings that it might be impossible to have the same experince twice.
