mixing 5mg hydro and 30mg morphine, safe?

so I have a white oblong pill that says watson 349, which i know has 5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen, which i think is generic vicodin and i have a purple pill thathas a 30 on one side and an M on the other, which is 30 mg of morphine sulfate. is it safe to combine these for recreational use and what kind of effects would come from it? I know taking just one or the other won't do anything for me. I've had experience before with oxy, hydro, tylenol 3's, among various other opiates.

btw, i have no mj otherwise i'd prly take one or the other than use the mj to intensify it.

First off, the morphine will be much stronger than the hydrocodone, and the hydrocodone would just serve to add a little to the high and perhaps a somewhat different feel. I don't know your tolerance, and whether the morphine is IR or ER, and this matters depending on your opiate tolerance. If the combo would do anything for you, the morphine by itself would, too. I would not advise you take these drugs at these doses without some opiate tolerance. Adding opiates to more opiates just means more opiate action, so if you have the tolerance it is safe. But, I am concerned that you would equate 30 mg morphine with 5 mg hydrocodone as they are mg per mg equipotent.
 
i have opiate tolerance, i just am not sure how those two together would act. i know that mg's is diff depending on the drug, but like i've taken 30 mg of morphine before, and didn't really feel much. and with hydros, it used to take 10 mg to get me high. not sure what it'd be now since i've been dipping more into oxycodone lately. but thanks, if i do take both i'll wait a while to take the hydro or just wait til i get more hydros to take it.
 
its morphine sulfate SR according to drugs.com. so is it safe to take that with a hydro? i took the morphine an hr ago
 
lol didn't rly do much, i was able to get weed to take with the morphine and hydro. life would be much easier with a lower tolerance.
