Mixing 40mg Vyvanse with 60mg Strattera

I tried just the 40mg Vyvanse
nothing happened after 2 hours

Pop a 60mg Strattera
suddenly that entire shit hits me like a fucking train and lasts for 16 hours

O_O

I also did the same thing vice versa

So, someone tell me... why do I feel nothing on ONE or the OTHER
But when I take both its like KABOOM
