Missing design after switching back from the 02/12 theme change

if you're not logged in, the site shows the xenforo default theme, including logo.
this can be confusing for new and old users, and doesn't look good for those who come to bluelight for the first time.

i didn't notice this on my phone, but now when i wanted to log in on my laptop i got the same quasimoto did here:

I made a mistake when switching back over from blacklight. Guests should now see BL Light Classic as the default theme. Once logged in, you can choose from several options.
