schizophrenia is not easily treated. A lot of people think that a therapist and meds will fix it but they often don't. It's also really expensive to treat. This is what my Dr. told me when i was having psychotic breaks. Maybe you can try to switch your meds. Some symptoms (voices, delusions) respond to medications better than others (apathy, anhedonia).
all i can do is offer support. Maybe there are things in your life that you can change that will help. less stress, less anxiety will help your symptoms a lot. Schizophrenia gets better over time as well, you won't always suffer with this intensity. My grandma was completely schizophrenic and did the whole old school electro shock therapy and all that stuff. She was functional later in her life, although still a bit crazy but more like eccentric rather than delusional.
