Why don't you see the death of life?
It's just the night
of all existence...
The cancer of the universe,
It's the living death's resistance.

All things that start must have a go
At ending, now, so while we sew
Our seeds and bring on life, we
Poison earth whose change
Is bound for strife...
It's troubling, and scary,
To wonder how it'll lash as we
rain upon ourselves fire
and glowing bits of ash...
I foretell a conflict dire
With pain amongst its wings
A hero fallen, while tragic,
Will put an end to things.

For life is Death and Death is life
As is knife to sword and sword to knife
For violence and humans are husband and wife
The cycle will spin with suffering rife

very powerfull

this whole piece reminds me of "I decide Who Lives or Dies"
fantasticly dark matter lurks deep in this collaberation of delicate words.

I really appreciate this part of your poem. It fits into my cosmology of belife about the circuitous nature of things. I really liked the heroic gothic themes in this.

This might sound strange but it reminds me of something Anton Lavey or Aleister Crowley would write.

Are you the harbinger of the apocalypse? :P

nevertheless, I enjoyed it. It's great to see words in this forum that are not just love poems...

Thanks guys.:)

I actually dictated this poem onto a recorder before typing it, for those of you that care. I guess you could call this my verbal expression of teen angst.

You're very progressive in all of your poetry (that's intended as an immense compliment). I love this one.

That's quite interesting because I was thinking while I was reading it that it would really suit being read out aloud.... :)
