A friend is coming down off of a 3 day meth binge. this was his first time using and is really feeling like hell right now. its hard to sleep despite the lack of it, and intense chest and heart pains are present (had to flee on foot from police while tweaking). he is wondering if he takes 10 to 20 mg of mirtazipine if it will make him feel better. The last tweak was over 10 hours ago but the after effects are very present and chest pains suck.
SO WILL 10 to 20 mg of MIRTAZIPINE DO HIM WELL?

Hey there purplebeezy. :) New Member Introductions is a place to introduce yourself to Bluelight rather than ask specific questions like this. I'm going to move this over to Basic Drug Discussion so they can help you with this. Feel free to come back to NMI and make an intro thread. <3

Mods, as always use your discretion and move this thread to the correct forum if needed. <3

i believe it would, it would def knock him out too, for a loooong time (day, day and a half) I think alprazolam or any benzo would be a better option if possible. Good luck!

I can't see why it would be dangerous. Mirtazapine is a good sedative, it will help the methamphetamine comedown imo.
