I have to take Mirtazepine and Buspirone every day. I am strongly considering taking LSD. Will my daily medications have any interactions?

Mirtazepine = noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant (NaSSA), tetracyclic antidepressant (TeCA)
Binding profile = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mirtazepine#Binding_profile

Buspirone = Anxiolytic. serotonin 5-HT1A receptor partial agonist, presynaptic dopamine antagonist D2, as well as a partial α1 receptor agonist

The spam-shield flagged this, so I've unhidden it, and here's a bump so people get a chance to see it :)

We already have a big thread for medication interactions though and this thread will be merged with that one by me or another mod once you've had a chance to reply to this :)

As for your question, I don't think Buspirone should stop your trip or reduce the effects in any noticeable way, but Mirtazepine will either dramatically reduce the effects or kill the trip entirely due to being a 5HT2A antagonist (psychedelics are agonists of this receptor). :(
