Mirtazapine after MDMA

Long story short....I've completely came down and am wondering what would be better: Alprazolam or Mirtazapine?

I normally take diphenydramine, but will not tonight.

Alprazolam is a godsend when coming down.

I always prefered Mirtazipine when I had it, I felt like it almost 'reset' my body when I used it. After a few months it zombified me, and asked the doctor if I could try something else. He put me on Fluoxetine, and now I feel nothing from MDMA. Shame.

Got these replies a little too late. Next time I will take the mirtazapine. Thanks. also, would this somehow help neurotoxicity?
