Stimulants minimizing Ritalin comedown

so I take idek how much Ritalin a day and the comedown is terrible, it's only temporary but are there any good ways to combat the effects?

Make sure you're getting good nutrition and vitamins every day, stay hydrated, and make sure you sleep every night. Those are really the best ways there's not really a magic solution to it.

You might get some better ones eventually from someone else, that's just the first thing that came to my mind. I know magnesium in particular is important.
