Alright, so my sister has snorted meth twice in a one month period. It's been about 30 hours since she snorted a 2 to 3 inch line of meth, she was feeling pretty good so she took about 5 hits of resin and 3 beers thinking it would make her feel better, ever since then her heart has been racing and shes starting to see things and feeling nauseous. She hasn't been able to sleep at all and shes starting to panic, she has no way of getting to an er and i need to know what i should do for her? I would really appreciate it if someone could take some time to help me

You've probably already found help by now but any time someone uses a drug such as Methamphetamine, the quality and purity of that drug isn't exactly guaranteed.
The high from meth, from what I've read, is about 12 hours per line, bump, hit, etc.
It would also be smarter to use acronyms such as SWIM when asking for help as to prevent self-incrimination.
Cocaine and alcohol form cocaethylene in the body, and from what I know meth is a little stronger, so given that cocaethylene is toxic, I'd imagine there'd be a newly synergised chemical in Swim's sister's body.
Always remember, the more you put in your body chemical wise, the more strain is put on the heart.
(Referring to stimulants and depressants)
Please be smart about your or your animal's chemical testing.

A quick google of the interactions lead to this bit of info:
"The concurrent administration of methamphetamine and ethanol increased cardiac work, which could produce more adverse cardiovascular effects than either drug taken alone. The increased perceived global intoxication may explain the popularity of this drug combination"

You might want to try reading the user agreement, where you'll see this is against the rules.

I'm not sure I follow. Are you saying because cocaine and alcohol combine to form a toxic chemical, meth and alcohol must also form a toxic chemical?

^ no meth and alcohol do not form a new chemical like coke + booze = cocaethylene

your sister is probably ok. one time after staying up for 5 days straight on meth, i thought my leg was going to fall off from a missed shot of heroin and cocaine. i called the ambulance two times, and the third time they told me to calm down and get some sleep.

it is probably a good idea to tell her not to do any more meth and or more drugs, except if you have a small dose of a benzo on hand, and just let the high work its course and let her come down and get some sleep.

watch her and if she stops breathing or goes blue or anything REALLY scary, call the ambulance ASAP.

I'm guessing she's just not used to meth because the amount you mentioned wouldn't even phase me or any other frequent speed freaks. To answer you, no, she didn't overdose.

And the person above said each hit, line, bump of meth lasts 12 hours...that's a huge myth. Even 7 or 8 huge clouds isn't gunna last 12 hours.

We don't use SWIM here.

Also, as said, what you can do is reassure her and maybe get her some benzos. You can go to the ER if you need to, but that's not something we can tell you because we're not doctors. It could very well be a panic reaction but there's no way people on the Internet can tell you for certain even if they are doctors...and for that reason these types of threads aren't allowed.

I'm closing this. PM me if you have any questions.
