Misc Micron filters with 0.1 poresize: makes any sense?

I see 0.22 microns is not the limit. There's smaller:

Does it make any sense to use these instead of the 0.22 microns, ie can one think of any particle or micro-organism that would be eliminated by 0.1 and not by 0.22

Most inactive ingredients do not range that small.

Corn starch does, but it swells up in water, and will be removed by a 0.22um filter.

And yeah, I know there are 0.1um micron filters out there. I just don't think it's worth the extra money.
