microdosing

So I microdosed anywhere between 20-50ug today and it was great, how much will this effect me taking around 200ug in 3 days time? I've seen the tolerance chart and it says 150% so should I take like 300ug?

I honestly don't think it will affect it too much. I'd do maybe 250ug.

200ug is roughly 2 pretty potent blotters, aka a solid 10 hour trip. i usually don't exceed a blotter and a half because i get the crazies, but everyone's different. I wouldn't expect much tolerance from such a small dose. I'm microdosing tomorrow, cut off like 1/6th of some banksey panda blotters, gonna eat it before class.
