Metocin and body pain

I took a medium-small dose (about 16mg) of metocin over a week ago, and in the days afterwards I've felt a strange body pain/discomfort. The pain is located in my chest, neck, shoulders and throat. It's a weakish dull pain that comes in waves several hours apart. I still get it regularily today, about 10 days later. I don't know if it's related to the drug use, but the timing was right and I've never felt these kinds of sensations before. However tryptamines like metocin are considered very safe physically, right? And I've used similar drugs like shrooms and LSD several times before in higher doses without any problems.

Have anyone else experienced this? Do you think it's related to the metocin?
