Methiopropamine and Noopept - heart rate problems??

Hello,
been studying heavily for the last week, so I've been taking Noopept for the last 10 days, in doses 30-100mg per day (usually 30 in the morning, then 2x20mg during the day). Got a hold of a gram of MPA this week, and for the last three days used about 200mg every day. Yesterday after my last dose I had very minor chest pains and irregular heart beat, and when I got out of bed, my heart rate went from 90 to 160 in a few seconds. When I sat down, it went back to 90. Drank few shots and some calming herb suspension and continued with the studying and later went to bed.
Today I studied without the MPA for the whole day, only took Noopept (30,20,20mg), few green teas and an energy pill (guarana, taurine, ginseng, magnesium). Also, took a multivitamin and fish oil about 4 hours ago. About an hour ago I got sleepy and decided to snort 5mg of MPA to see if it wakes me up. It helped a bit so I could continue with the studying while laying in bed. However, half hour later I noticed my heartbeat was extremely slow, so I measured it and it was 35 bpm! When I stood up it went back to normal.
Been searching the problem on the internet for the last 30 minutes, found out about Bradycardia, but nothing specific regarding to MPA or Noopept. When I am sitting or standing, my heart rate goes slowly back to normal - around 80, but when I lay down it goes back to 35-40 in 2-3 minutes.
It's 4am here so I would like to go to sleep, but I am worried. Am I in any kind of danger? I feel perfectly fine otherwise.

PS: I'm 25 years old, I try to eat pretty healthy, daily MJ smoker, for the last year been experimenting a lot with RC's (mostly stimulants) and basically no excercise for the last two years (10 hour job..)..Using drugs occasionally at parties - once, twice a month since I was 15 (mostly amphetamine and MDMA) if that helps. . Well, off to bed now, hoping to wake up in the morning :\

Last time I took an X pill was back in 1998 & wont ever touch the stuff again.........had taken some RC chems in 2003, done with that shit as well. Both had given me a heart rate I didnt appreciate getting. In 1998, my heart was beating like yours & I needed to hold my breath just to slow my rate down. It lasted like 4 months & it scared the shit out of me, I even went to the hospital to get my heart checked out but everything turned out fine with the tests. I guess it was anxiety/panic attacks that was causing my heart rate to fluctuate?

It eventually went away & in 2003, took some RC's & had almost the same reaction as in 1998 but this time, it only lasted a several days. Im done with RC's & anything meant to be an upper.......although I have taken Adderall like 4 years ago, that stuff only makes me tired & puts me to sleep............crazy aye? Opposite of what its supposed to do.

My suggestion to you is to stop taking all these uppers even tho you may need them to study, shit isnt healthy & it will catch up to you health wise.

How many 60 or 70 year old coke heads do you know? They dont exist............I suggest you stick with weed & coffee & stay away from RC's (hate this shit with a passion), MDMA (lots of bad stuff going around now a days, gotta have the right connects for the good stuff)

technorunner the advice you received above is very good. However, based on how you were feeling, I would strongly urge you to seek a professional medical opinion ASAP. Please let us know if you do this, and what you find out. Stay safe, and I hope it ends up being nothing too serious. <3

Hey I saw this was posted over a month ago but I wanted to explain what I found out wad causing the same reaction as the op in case anyone else every gets these symptoms. They said that I had orthostatic hypotension from dehydrating. I was taking a lot of my prescription of vyvanse and it was finals week so I was up late studying a lot and out of nowhere one night I started getting really dizzy when I stood up and it took s lot of effort to get around and I barely could make it up p the stairs without passing out. The doctor found out that my blood pressure would be fine while I was in a resting position but add soon as I would get up it would go from 110/70 to around 60/20. It wad one of the scariest experiences in my life before I figured out what the damn problem was because I thought I was seriously going to have a heart attack. My hr would literally triple in a matter of seconds from 50 bpm to 140 bpm. I chugged like 6 gatorades when I got home and everything was back to normal the next night.
