Hello, I have one maybe stupid question. (excuse my english) Here in Eastern Europe there is methamphetamine mostly in this form: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/69/fotkadp.jpg/. People usualy snort it. I have a question wheter this form is smokable cause SWIM is not sure If it is crystal or not. Is this HCL? Would chasing the dragon be effective for SWIM? Thank you

^Probably the best course of action, I suppose. Like nAON said there really isn't any way we can tell you whether your particular powder is smokeable etc.
