Crack and cocaine are both cocaine, just different bases to them. Yes, meth is neurotoxic and kills your brains cells. I don't know why you're asking that question, which is better, because you somehow changed your post so quickly it didn't make sense.

I was required to right a disertaction about the adverse affect of cocaine use, specifically sudden death syndrom. I will certainly never use coke again, chances a really rare but still. o
I haven't seen any literature about sudden death from meth-amphetamines, but there could be a chance justbecause I haven't read about it.

Actually its not thats much of permanent damage. Your brain will eventually recovery from it, or at least if you eat some nootropics.
