Opioids methadone substitute or other options for vacation

That's still my main plan, I'm just trying to figure out a backup if I can't. I'm hesitant to just ask around at the clinic though, but since I'm down to 10, I'm thinking it might just be easier/safer to find some wafers.

I'm not totally against the subs, I'm just thinking I'm going to have just as hard a time, or harder, finding a suitable amount, and if I did switch I figure it'd be better to stick with it til I tapered off completely. That's like $15 a day minimum at my clinic and all the local ones are the same, can't afford that or the doctor.

Whatever I end up with, I'm definitely not going CT unless I have to. It'd be nice if it wasn't too bad, but after thinking on it more, and reading the replies and other threads, I don't see it working out well. I don't want to ruin my family's vacation either.
