Methadone Question - Please Help

Hi everyone. I recently got off heroin by switching to methadone. They started me at 40mg and upped it to 75mg and that's where its been for about a week. I was doing great but this morning I missed my dose. Will my dose from yesterday hold me until tomorrow? Is there anything I can do to help the situation?

Why did you miss your dose? Well the one from yesterday will carry you for a little bit at least. But expect to be very sick by the time you take your dose tomorrow..
