Opioids Methadone for oxy heroin maintenace

Can take up to hakf a gram heriin on top of seventy mg oxy.
Been put on forty mg meth then fofty in three days then sixty next week.
Ive taken sixty ng oxy as i got my script today but doctors wilk take me off.
Do i use the rest to taper or save them for rainy days
 
My doctor wants me to cut down oxy day by day I have got to take 20mg less anyway forty mg should cover that I've got some tramadols if feel shit.
As I taken extra today as thort theyd Take me off them
