Methadone and Vicodin Question

Hi there - I have a question for anyone with knowledge on the subject. SWIM takes methadone daily - usually 60mg a day. However, he/she gave away half one day, and was left with 30mg (more or less) for the following day. If SWIM went ahead and took 11 10mg Vicodin (generic brand if that matters, and yes, he knows with the acetaminophen in it it's a bad idea), would he feel a buzz?

There's probably very little chance that you'd feel anything. And taking that many hydrocodone tablets at once would likely damage your liver unless you CWE them first (because of the acetaminophen content.)

Hey just so you know BL doesnt use the whole ridiculous SWIM thing. its kinda stupid cuz if the government or DEA wanted to know who you were they could easily find out

Yeah you would need to do a CWE on the hydros to get rid of most of that APAP. That's just too much of a load on your liver when there is an easy alternative.

But, like everyone has said, you won't get anything out of the hydrocodone. One of the functions of methadone is to block other opiods.
