Opioids Methadone and drugs screenings

hey guys, i got a bunch of free meds which the guy said were percs, they looked like them but only after taking one and getting home on the computer found out they are 10mg methadones, my question is i have a RX for percs and i got back to the doctors in 7 days to refill and occationally he does drug tests, this is the first and last time i ever took methadone , im 5'8" tall 200lbs, and i know their bad stuff, i would of never taken them if i knew , but i was near positive they were percs like he said. its my bad for not confirming first. i just gave all the rest away. im concerned ill test hot at my next doctors visit. i do physical labor and sweat all day so im hoping it will be all gone by the time i go back. and is there anything i can do to speed up the process? and if i take my normal percs now will the methadone cancel out the effect? thx any help is needed
