Opioids Methadone and Ciprofloxacin Potentiation Information

I googled ways to potentiate methadone and Ciprofloxacin came up and it seems like its pretty effective. Unfortunately I couldn't find much of any other information about it. I have a whole bottle of 500 mg; I believe I got them for a UTI a year ago. Does anybody have any information on how many I should take. I took about 80 mg methadone and that gets me a little buzzed. I am not on maintenance but take 100 mg every other Saturday. Normally I would just take one or two but it seems that it can be dangerous. Any information is appreciated.
