Methadone after oxy question

if i iv 30mg roxy at 3:30 am , and i took 60 mg methadone at 9am , has this roxy already ran its course of action ? i just wanted to make sure i had gotten most of what i was gonna get out of it before switching to a more powerful opiate

If you are asking whether the Oxy that you did at 330am will still have an active function in your body 6 hours after the fact I would say no you wouldnt be under its effect any longer and any residual effects would be fading or fully gone. I would be concerned about a compounded drosying effect which can lead to you "nodding out" not in the fun way but in the "gosh i am tired" way. At least that was how i felt if my methadone compounded with something minor like that so just be prepared to wanna rest.

Also how long have you been on methadone or what is your tolerance? Just because 60mg is a big dose.

i have been on methadone a year. i am phase 6. you answered my question by the way . i just wanted to know if the oxy would still be active .
