swim was wondering if there are any reasons not to take psych meds tonight after injecting meth (very low dose) 2 times today.

At 3pm and 7pm - IV

8:05 slightly buzzed, it’s nice. Swim would love to sleep tonight. What should swim take?

Here are the meds Swim usually takes:

Metformin 500mg
Lexapro 10mg
Gabapentin 200mg

Ok to take in a few hours? Or would skipping this dose be better?

I dont think you need to skip your medications.

How low of a dose are we talking about (as far as the meth is concerned).
 
Like .125 total probably - just crumbs - didn’t rush - just a nice pick up

I don't remember what causes serotonin syndrome. I think it is anti depressants. Look out for those. A seroquel should be totally fine.
