Meth Urination Difficulty-Tricks

I KNOW that others of you have had problems urinating after taking Meth/Amphetamines. I get extreme cases of this problem nearly every time I take these substances. Obviously that is an inherant risk I am willing to take.
Does anyone have any tips, tricks, suggestions for beating this problem?
Any help is appreciated!

I know that sometimes you can get really dehydrated so make sure you drink lots of fluids. I've had the same problem, what's always worked for me is not to think about it, you know. Think about something else like a waterfall or something like that.
