So, yesterday I did a little to much speed. Consequently I kept trying to give myself a shot and couldn't hit myself but would register for a second and got a little blood in the rig. I've filtered the stuff twice but it still has a little hint of blood, I'd this dangerous? Can I fix it?

as long as its your blood i dont think it would be to dangerous, the only realy bad thing about leaving blood in your rig to long is it tends to clog your rig

I found also your more likely to miss etc the further into the night you are. Redosing with the rig when scattered. or blurry eyes is not a good combo (yes from personal exp) Best to get the iving out of the the way when your still constructing fluid (albeit fast sentences) Peace.

Injecting blood that has cooled can cause a pulmonary or cardiac embolism. I would advise against it if you value your life.

Hitting a vein with a dull needle is also very difficult. try a new, sharp point, and you will have more luck.

If it's just a little blood and it hasn't been sitting there for very long.. the chances are you will be fine. The true HR response would be to toss it.. but as I personally wouldn't waste a full shot of anything, and therefore don't expect you to..ha, you'll probably be fine. This is something I've done on more than one occasion.

Your problem may well be related to dehydration (among other issues). Make sure you drink lots of water or sports drinks leading up to your hit. The process will be much smoother. AS for the blood in the shot…. IT clots FAST which can clog your rich and mess up further attempts. Also, injecting clotted blood is dangerous no matter who it belongs to. IF it is yours and is very fresh, the safest bet you have for trying again (beyond not injecting it) would be to run it through a Micron filter prior to re-attempting to inject it again. The micron filter will remove the solid/clotted bits of blood and other related nasties. If it is someone else's blood, JUST DON'T DO IT.

This.

My question, why are people waiting long enough for the register to coagulate?? When I was injecting, I was in and out and in and out in five to ten seconds tops.

Hypothetically if it happened to coagulate, I would take it out, re-micron filter it, then try again.

Many people aren't lucky enough to have your skill or perhaps your ideal vein structure. Some of us have to really work at finding the spot. I wish it were as easy for me as it seems to be for you.

My prep process was just slapping my arms, opening and closing my fist around a prescription bottle, then swabbing with isopropyl and being careful not to hit the same spot all the time.

I don't inject anymore though, I did/do have pretty good veins though, and I did my very best to take care of them and think about the long-term.

I think using microns really made a huge difference in preserving my veins throughout the abuse I inflicted upon them.

^For me, this would happen when I would be having so much difficulty hitting that I would give up, or else I would prepare a fresh shot, and then the next day when I was out of drugs I'd be like, "hmm... I still have this rig full of drugs with a little blood in it..." Also, sometimes it would take me like 5 hours to hit a vein properly, but during that process I'd have blood enter the syringe, not enough for a proper register, like that trickle that meant I knew I would miss if I actually injected, or it would register a bit and then magically stop working, and so on. Damaged veins. 5-10 seconds, I envy you man.

I think the best idea would be to throw it out, if that's not going to happen then filter it and put it in a fresh syringe.

In my experience this situation SCREAMS dehydration. If I had enough presence of mind I would stop for 30-60 minutes and down gatorade until I was pissing colorless. THEN filter and carefully try again. Taking an hour off to save 5 (or in my case sometimes 11) hours of failed effort is way worth it.
